The whole JAY-BE® team are very proud and excited to announce that we will be taking part in the annual Wakefield Soapbox Derby known as ‘Wakey Races’ 2018!
The Wakefield Soapbox Derby is a community event organised by Wakefield Events Limited, in association with Wakefield City Council and Wakefield BID. It is primarily held to raise money for various charities, whilst also being a fun day for all the teams, supporters and spectators involved.
Local businesses and members of the public are invited to compete in teams. We will be entering under the team name ‘the JAY-BE® mattress rollers’ with our custom built, bed themed Soapbox – soon to be revealed!
If you are free on Sunday the 2nd of September, you are more than welcome to come down and cheer us on!
